- That this Lodge be denominated the Royal Regenerator Lodge and its regular meetings be held on every Sunday evening commencing at 8 and concluding at 11 - all Officers not in attendance at the opening be fined 3d or before the close of the Lodge six pence. Members may then admit friends (with the consent of the Sitting Primo) on payment of one penny for each and responsibility of payment of the fines stated as per rule.
- That the Officers be appointed by the Primo elect immediately after his Election to serve for one month, should an officer absent himself for two successive Lodge nights without apologising, another appointed in his place and a fine not exceeding sixpence.
- That every member to give name and Office for the Lodge books or be fined 1 penny.
- That One Shilling shall be paid on proposition and 3/- on being made, money to be forfeited after 2 general Lodge nights have elapsed.
