GRAND PRIMO Brother John Charles Herbert ROM, Initiated into the Friendly Zeco Lodge 8066 W.G. No.6 PGL in April 1972. Second and Third Degree's were obtained in the same Province. Exalted to Fourth Degree in the Dibden Lodge 9495 in Southampton PGL. PGP W.G.No.8 1986, he has also held a number of PGL Collars in Kings Lynn & District PGL. President Ex. Council 1988 and Knights Chapter 1987 in WG.No.8 PGL. President Ex. Council and ROM Assembly in 2000, President Great Ouse Knights Chapter No. 240 in 1994 Kings Lynn & District.. Grand Chamberlain 1993 and Deputy Grand Primo 2004. Served in Royal Corps of Transport. Awarded G.S.M.

DEPUTY GRAND PRIMO Bro. Michael John Walker ROH. was Initiated into the Order on the 7th January 1960 in the Et Gloria Lodge 5872 in Singapore. His early life or a he himself describes it "a long time ago" he served in the Royal Air Force. During this time he spent much of his 5 years in the service abroad. He is proud to have been awarded the General Service Medal with Bar "Malaya". His Buffalo career continued on returning to the UK and he was inducted to the Second Degree in 1966, Installed to the Third Degree in 1970 and Exalted to the Fourth Degree in 1975. All these honours were taken in the St. Johns Lodge in High Wycombe. At Provincial Grand Lodge he has served twice as PGP in 1978 and again in 1993. He served as President of the Examining Council in 1972 and twice as President of the Knights Chapter in 1977 and 2000. Bro. Mick was the first PGP of the Chippenham Province in 1998. At Grand Lodge Bro. Mick served as Grand Registrar in 1984 and is renowned as a highly knowledgeable expert on the History of the Order. Bro. Mick has always been highly involved in Buffaloism and has been central in the production of the Museum Collection of books. He has compiled and edited many of these books. There are many other contributions Mick has given the Order over many years. Mick has gone on to serve on the Rules Revision Committee of the 2000 Gibraltar Convention. After retiring in 2002 Bro. Mick was elected to serve on the Grand Lodge Management Committee, a task he brought his boundless enthusiasm to and has been at the forefront of many projects born out of "The Way Forward". Grand Lodge in December overwhelmingly elected Mick to serve as Deputy Grand Primo. Over many years now Bro. Mick has had the support of his wife Ann, almost as well known on the Grand Lodge Circuit she has been seen supporting Mick in many areas of the country and abroad.

GRAND CHAMBERLAIN Aberdare. Brother John was initiated in the Prince Alun Lodge of the Aberdare & District Province in 1979. He took all his degrees in the Lodge. He was Inducted to the Second Degree in 1981, Installed to the Third Degree in 1991 and Exalted to the Fourth Degree in 1996. At Provincial Grand Lodge he served as PGP in 1999. He has also served as President of the Examining Council in 2002, ROH Assembly in 2002 and Knights Chapter in 2004. John has been involved in organising the Funday at Weston Super Mare for many years and is currently Chairman of the South West & South Wales Social Committee. With all this and his Grand Lodge commitments you would think there would be no time for other interests, but, not John, he has been Treasurer of the Cynon Valley Skittles for the last 20 years!

GRAND TYLER Gloucestershire. Brother Andy was initiated in the Phoenix Lodge 5181 in the Worcestershire Province in 1970. He was Inducted to the Second Degree in 1973 in the Naples Lodge 7559 in the Portland Province and Installed to the Third Degree in 1998 in the Charles E Alberge Lodge 7777 in Gloucestershire. Andy served as PGP of the Gloucestershire Province in 1999. At Grand Lodge Andy has served on the Rules Revision Committee of the 2000 Gibraltar Convention, The Grand Lodge Management Committee from 2002 to 2004, Convention Committee of 2003 at Clacton. He is also the serving Editor of the Journal. Andy has travelled extensively including 5 years in the Royal Navy and has listed his interests as reading, anything to do with history, especially Europe between the wars, Oh and Buffing! |

GRAND CONSTABLE Grimsby. Brother David was initiated into the Order in 1969 in the Sydney Chambers Lodge 1048 in the Grimsby Province. He was inducted to the Second Degree in the same lodge in 1971. 1974 saw him Installed to the 3rd Degree in the Spire Lodge 8056 and in 1979 he was exalted to the 4th degree, again in the Spire Lodge. At Province level Brother David served all the offices before becoming PGP in 1978, the same year he served as President of the Examining Council. He was President of the Knights Chapter in 1977 and ROH Assembly in 1983 and again in 1995. At Grand Lodge Bro. David has served his Province well and in December was elected as Grand Constable. Brother David is a retired plumber. He now serves his community by driving the council coach for any charities who need it and is Chairman of the Immingham Blind Club. He list his other interests as gardening, driving and decorating. |

GRAND REGISTRAR Sheffield. Brother Albert was initiated into the Bedford Lodge 7798 in 1963 where he has received all his degrees.In 1963 he was Inducted to the Second Degree, 1968 saw his Installation to the Third Degree and in 1968 he was Exalted to the Fourth Degree. Having served the qualifying offices at PGL Bro. Albert was elected to Provincial Grand Primo of ther Sheffield Province in 1981. He went on to serve as President of the Examining Council in 1985. At Grand Lodge Brother Albert has served his Province with distinction and his hard work has seen him elected as Grand Registrar. Brother Albert is a Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer and has served his community as a Youth Leader for many years both in the Scouting Movement and the Boy’s Brigade. Albert is supported by his wife Margaret and his main interest outside the order is gardening. |

GRAND ALDERMAN of JUNIPER
South Lincolnshire. Brother Peter Nadin ROH was initiated in the Service Lodge 4875 in 1979 where he received all his degrees. He was Inducted to the Second Degree in 1984, Installed to the Third Degree in 1987 and Exalted to the Fourth Degree in 1993. At South Lincolnshire Provincial Grand Lodge Brother Peter has given wonderful service. He served as PGP in 1994, President of Examining Council in 1989, Knights Chapter in 1992 and ROH Assembly in 1999. He also served as PG Secretary from 1998 to 2004. At Grand Lodge Brother Peter has served the Province well and represented them at Convention. Peter is an accomplished athlete and is Chairman of Sleaford Striders AC. Peter is supported by his wife Wendy and lists his Athletics and Buffing as his hobbies. |

GRAND ALDERMAN of BENEVOLENCE
Bangor. Brother John West was initiated in the Beaumaris Lodge 7609 of the Bangor Province in 1964. He was Inducted to the second degree in 1965 at the Prince of Wales Lodge 1715, Installed to the third degree in 1968 at the Beaumaris Lodge and Exalted to the fourth degree in 1989 in the Baron Roberts Lodge 5104. At Provincial Grand Lodge Lodge Bro. John served as PGP in 1990. He was also President of the Examining Council in the same year. He has also served as President at the Knights Chapter in 1992 and ROH Assembly in 2000. At Grand Lodge Bro. John has served his Province well and in December he was elected Grand Alderman of Benevolence. Bro. John is a Retired Fork Lift Driver having served in the Royal Artillery. John is supported by his wife Ann and lists his interests as Reading, Buffing and socialising. |

GRAND MINSTREL Wrekin. Brother Mike was initiated into the Dartmouth Lodge 4264 in 1983 where he received all his Degrees. He was inducted to the second degree in 1988, Installed to the third degree in 1991 and exalted to the fourth degree in 1996. He has served the Wrekin Province with distinction and was elected as PGP in 1994, He has also served as President of Examining Council in 1996 and ROH Assembly in 2001. At Grand Lodge Brother Mike has served his Province well and in December he was elected as Grand Minstrel. Brother Mike is an MOD Instructor having served in the RAF from 1966 to 1990. He received the Long Service & Good Conduct Medal as well as the General Service Medal (Northern Ireland) 1978-79. Mike is supported by his wife Gwyneth and lists his hobbies gardening, steam railways, music and playing the guitar.

GRAND WAITER Bolton. Brother David Hobson ROH was initiated into the Order in 1992 in the Lion Lodge 2708 where he received all his degrees. He was Inducted to the Second Degree in 1993, Installed to the third degree 1993 and Exalted to the fourth degree 2001. He has served the Bolton & District Province well and was elected PGP in 1998. He has served as President of, Examining Council 1997, Knights Chapter in 1997 and ROH Assembly 2003. At Grand Lodge Brother David has served his Province well and in December he was elected as Grand Waiter. A retired Engineer Brother David enjoys playing the Bolton Pipe Band and Buffing. A combination seen at the Grove House Gala Day when David is often seen in Highland dress and entertaining the crowds with his colleagues in the band. |
